Well, sometimes, some things were just meant to be. We accidentally added Sumatra to our Espresso blend instead of Indian Mysore. We couldn’t waste what we had, so it got roasted and we “test drove” the blend at the Farmers Markets. We had all good comments on our “mistake”, so we decided to share it with you. The blend consists of Sumatra, Indian Monsoon Malabar, and Indian Kaapi Royale.
As far as tasting goes, at a Medium Dark roast, it’s earthy and rich. No matter what you choose, we think that you’ll really enjoy this blend.
