Ok, we’re going a little stir crazy with the shelter-in-place deal, so we came up with a blend to honor the current situation. We call it the “Quarantine Blend”. It’s a cross of Indian Mysore and Indonesian Sumatra, which makes it a good blend of earthy and subtle bright flavors. The Mysore adds the “citrus” (but not too much), and the Sumatra adds the rest. This is good at a Full City Plus (medium dark), but as always, we’ll roast it to order.
