We developed this blend for a local coffee shop, and we'd like to share it with you. The blend consists of Indian Mysore, Indian Monsoon, and Indian Kaapi AA Robusta. The Indian coffees are known for their low acidity, and that's what makes this an excellent combination for an espresso. We're sure you'll enjoy this.
